Shipping Policies

MSUM Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Product Return

A receipt is required for all returns.  Returns are accepted at the front cashier area. Textbook returns are accepted in the Course Materials area of the Bookstore on the lower level.

     *Receipt MUST be presented at the time of return or exchange.
     *Refunds for items other than textbooks will be given within 30 days of purchase.
     *General Books are non-refundable if opened.

Online Returns Instructions:
A packing list and receipt must be included with each return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or appropriate cardboard box.  Using packing material around your item, pack and tape your package securely.  Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package.  UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option.  Write down your tracking number and keep it until the Bookstore has refunded your money.  Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier.  Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is due to our error.
