If you drop or withdraw from a course, full refunds for textbooks will be given through the first week of classes for Fall and Spring semesters. For summer session- refunds are dependent on length of class.
If a student totally withdraws from the University after the second week of classes, the Bookstore will comply with the University's withdrawal guidelines.
The following conditions must be met before a refund will be given:
- A cash register receipt must be presented for all returns.
- New books must be in original condition, free from any damage, writing, or highlighting.

2020 Summer Sessions:
Summer Session Rentals Due - Friday, August 7th by 4:30 PM - Full Refund Book Returns End on the Third Day of Class
Full Refunds Accepted Through 9/28/20 by 4:30 PM
Week of 8/31 - 9/4: 75% refund issued
Week of 9/7 - 9/11: 50% refund issued
Week of 9/14 - 9/18: 25% refund issued
Spring Semester Rentals Due - Friday, May 22nd by 4:30 PM - Unreturned rentals have already been billed to your student account.
Please return all textbooks to the Course Materials department on the lower level of the Bookstore.
If returning textbooks by mail, please follow the instructions below:
Returning textbooks by mail: A packing list and receipt must be included with each return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material around your item, pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Write down your tracking number and keep it until the Bookstore has refunded your money. Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is due to our error.
